Licence 2 Skills Driving School – Terms & Conditions

All driving lessons are provided directly by Szabi Peimli, a self-employed DVSA-approved driving instructor operating under the Licence 2 Skills Driving School name.

By booking lessons with Licence 2 Skills, you agree that the contract for driving tuition is between you (the pupil) and Szabi (the instructor) personally.

Lessons and Booking

The timing, location, and duration of lessons will be agreed between you and Szabi directly.

It is the instructor’s responsibility to assess your readiness for the driving test. Licence 2 Skills holds no responsibility for test outcomes or DVSA decisions.

Cancellations

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the full lesson fee will still be charged.

If Szabi cancels with less than 48 hours’ notice, he will reschedule the lesson at no extra cost.

All cancellations must be communicated directly between you and Szabi.

Payments

Payment must be made directly to Szabi, either in cash or by bank transfer.

If a payment is outstanding, future lessons can only be booked once the balance is cleared.

Weekend and peak-time lessons require upfront payment to secure the slot.

Block bookings must be used within 6 months of purchase. Unused lessons after this period will expire and are non-refundable.

Please request a receipt for all payments, as Licence 2 Skills Driving School cannot be held responsible for unrecorded transactions.

Liability

Licence 2 Skills Driving School is not liable for any losses, damages, or delays caused by external factors such as test centre cancellations, road conditions, or unforeseen events.

These terms do not exclude liability for personal injury or loss caused by negligence.
